MirU’s chef introduces you to the culinary world of Asia
Our chef, Paweł Perkowski, is responsible for the exquisite flavour experience you will enjoy at MirU. He became interested in cooking at home, while he was young, under the watchful eye of his mother and grandmother. His professional career began in a sushi restaurant in Gdynia, where he experienced an Asian cuisine for the very first time. It became his inspiration for his later work, as he sought to improve his culinary skills. Since then he has continued to supplement his knowledge, to become a chef who can willingly combine various cuisines and break many stereotypes. He decided to enrich his culinary experience, knowledge and cooking techniques under the eye of the best chefs. After perfecting his skills in a Polish restaurant and Italian restaurant, he went on to own a steakhouse and became the chef of the best Asian restaurant in Warsaw. His passion and experience has allowed him to created MirU, where tradition is combined with innovation. Everything is composed of simple ingredients of the highest quality, creating original choices. Everything is always perfect in every detail, to satisfy even the most refined of tastes.
